At Sherod Engineering, Emma contributes to both the creative and operational sides of the business. She supports project design with fresh ideas and creative direction while also managing accounting and organizational processes that keep the company running smoothly. Her ability to balance creativity with structure ensures that every project not only looks great but is delivered with precision and care.
Freezer shows up in meetings when he deems the topic interesting, inspects new designs (especially if there’s space for a nap), and makes sure no stray screws go unnoticed. His favorite pastime is curling up next to hardware bags and watching CAD renderings flicker on screen. He’s especially fond of warm laptops and insists on “helping” with QA.
